Tina Sarkisyan
Tina Sarkisyan is a seasoned leader in reproductive medicine with over two decades of experience in IVF and third-party reproduction. Since 2005, she has worked alongside leading physicians, embryologists, and global research teams, coordinating thousands of fertility journeys across diverse patient populations.
Throughout her career, Tina has been dedicated not only to understanding the science behind fertility, but to guiding patients through some of the most emotional and vulnerable moments of their lives, offering clarity, compassion, and hope every step of the way.
As the founder of Simple Steps Fertility, she combines deep clinical expertise with a personalized, concierge-level approach to care, supporting families both locally and around the world.
Her work and leadership have been widely recognized. Tina is a recipient of the Los Angeles Times Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Award and has been honored as a Los Angeles Times Life Sciences Visionary. She is also a panel speaker with SEEDS and numerous infertility platforms within the community, contributing her expertise to the advancement of ethical practices, education, and patient advocacy in third-party reproduction. Beyond her clinical work, Tina is deeply committed to community service. She has served as Past President of the Armenian Nurses Association and as a board member for several nonprofit organizations, actively contributing to initiatives that support healthcare access and education both locally and internationally.
