With over 10 years of experience in the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) industry, Niki brings both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to the family-building journey. As an experienced surrogate, she proudly carried twins for an international same-sex couple, and as an egg donor, she has helped three additional families grow.

Her firsthand experience gives her a unique understanding of the emotional, logistical, and practical support that intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors truly need throughout the process. She is passionate about creating ethical, compassionate, and well-supported journeys for everyone involved, and she believes that clear communication and genuine care are the foundation of every successful match.

Niki lives in Virginia with her husband, their three children, and four beloved fur-babies. Outside of work, she loves exploring local farmers markets, trying new restaurants, and taking spontaneous family day trips. As an avid Disney fan, you may even spot her and her family vacationing at one of the Disney theme parks whenever they get the chance.
